The excellence of these machines allows us to produce work of the highest standard Advanced Printing Technology Digital Embossing Special Shapes wwwspecialshapescouk wwwspecialshapescouk 4500 VAT 300 VAT This page is printed on 200gm Triple Coated Silk Art Paper Introduction Our Full Colour printing is produced on stateotheart KBA and Heidelberg Lithographic Printing Presses These range in size rom A3 using our Heidelberg SM52 presses up to a size o 1600mm x 1170mm using our phenomenal KBA 162a press Full Colour Printing is produced by combining our colours Cyan Magenta Yellow and Black in dierent percentages It is perect or the majority o work however there are times when more specialised print processes are required We are among the ew printers to use Stochastic Screening or all our Lithographic Printing It means that traditional dots o colour are replaced with much smaller random screens The results are dramatic with improvements in the quality o both pictures and ne text Though the technology is not the same the dierence is like comparing High Denition with ordinary television In addition to Full Colour we are able to oer Metal FX Metallic Printing We can also print using Pantone Spot Colours Metal FX is a relatively new process We have passed strict criteria to be licensed to use the system Metal FX allows any number o Metallic colours to be produced on the same page with Full Colour For more inormation on and examples o the stunning eects possible with Metal FX please see page 114 Pantone Spot Colour Printing can be more economical than Full Colour or a job which is only one or two colours However the main reason to print using Spot Colours rather than Full Colour is that it can produce print with great vibrancy and a better match to a wider range o colours For more details please reer to page 65 Some leafets can be Digitally Embossed These are indicated with the embossing logo Please see pages 2 and 3 or details We can also DieCut Leafets o A5 size and upwards in to any shape you can think o There are a large number o predesigned ormes available or you to use Please go to to see this range We are adding new ormes regularly I the shape you require is not available then we can make a orme or your specic requirement The cost o a orme starts at just 7000 VAT We are pleased to make your orme at hal price i you agree to allow it to appear on or use by other clients Please submit your design to us or an exact costing The cost o a orme is a one o charge On subsequent runs we can use the orme again The cost o DieCutting over an above the cost o the orme is calculated rom a setup charge and then a running cost per 100 Set up Charge Running cost per 100 Full Colour Printing
